Started as an Intern Content Designer
Hired on full time as a Web Designer after finishing my degree
Still designing layouts in Photoshop at this point
Discovered Webflow on my own accord to build the frontend for my photoshop designs
I was unhappy with how the final product was not always matching up with the original design
2014
Began designing layouts directly in Webflow, skipping photoshop and speeding up the production process
Began to develop the backend/CMS in PHP after exporting from Webflow
2015
Promoted to Web Designer / Web Developer
Began to develop frontend and backend for other designer's work as well as my own

Trained new hires on Webflow
Created Webflow boilerplate and documentation for other team members to use

Trip to the Philippines for in depth Webflow training with our Filipino staff (CEO, VP, and myself)
